I had a lovely stay at Wyndham Garden in Muscat, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The King Room I booked had an excellent air conditioning unit that kept the room cool, and I appreciated the comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The view from the eighth floor was fantastic, giving a peaceful backdrop for my morning coffee from the electric kettle in the room. The location is very convenient, close to several attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, I encountered some issues with the staff. a grumpy gentleman at the reception made the welcome experience a bit less comfortable. His demeanor felt off, especially after a long journey. Although most staff members were courteous, that one encounter cast a shadow over the otherwise fantastic service. Breakfast could improve, too. the choices felt limited and could benefit from more international options. Still, the cleanliness of the property stood out, helping to make my stay enjoyable despite a few down points.

The location is central for exploring Muscat the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Mohammed at reception. Breakfast offered many options including healthy choices which were well presented 🍽️.

Exceptional hospitality in Muscat

The staff went above and beyond, especially Anne at the front desk, who made me feel welcome and catered to all my needs. The cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing pool view were highlights of my stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options felt repetitive and could use more variety. I also encountered a slight delay during check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

Ope, I was really happy with my stay! The staff was always there with a smile, and the room was super clean with strong WiFi! Had an awesome time using the gym and enjoying the pool. Breakfast was delightful too, got to chat with Chef Adham and try some great food. Don’tcha know, I’ll be back!

Requested a high floor and early check-in—got neither. Initial room had a blocked view and poor light due to high walls. The sauna wasn’t functional at all, and also had issues with a broken bathroom door that delayed fixes. Gyms opened too late for a morning workout before breakfast, which felt oddly timed.

I stayed for one night, and the large outdoor pool was a refreshing treat. The comfortable double bed made my sleep so restorative, but I wish there were more meat options at breakfast.

This place was just a good match for a fleeting moment in Muscat with value for price. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room pleasantly cool during the hot days. Make sure to check out the fitness center for a quick workout before heading out.

Family with children will enjoy this place

The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. It was great how they would deliver drinking water to our room every day without us even asking. The swimming pool was clean and just nice, great for kids to play. I loved the bathroom designs, so spacious. We had a comfortable dinner by the poolside and every night it was a delight for the family
